Additional learning provision in particular kinds of school or other institution
54Amendments to registration requirements for independent schools in Wales
(1)
The Education Act 2002 (c. 32) is amended as follows.

The Welsh Ministers must publish a list of the schools included in the register of independent schools in Wales, as amended from time to time.
(5)
If the Welsh Ministers have been provided with the necessary information by the proprietor of the school, the published list must specify the type or types of additional learning provision made by a school on the list for pupils with additional learning needs (if any).”
