In Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (further provision about the Welsh Ministers and services), in paragraph 2(1)(b)—

(a)

omit “or 319”;

(b)

after “the Education Act 1996 (c 56)” insert “
section 53 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 or section 61 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (c. 6)
”.
