Circuit Judge Appointment: Nott

The Queen has appointed Emma Catherine Nott to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Reading Crown Court with effect from 12 February 2018.

Emma Catherine Nott, aged 45, will be known as Her Honour Judge Nott. She was called to the Bar (G) in 1995.
